Our Association Bylaws
As Bir Değersin Association, we consider transparency, accountability and institutional openness among the fundamental principles of our work.
Our association's founding purpose, areas of activity, membership processes, management structure, general assembly procedures, audit mechanisms and basic working principles are clearly stated in our bylaws. This document is not only a source showing the official operation of our association; it is also the fundamental text that reveals which values we adhere to, how we make decisions and within which rules we carry out our social benefit production process.
There are two main reasons for sharing our bylaws on our website. First, to share with the public that Bir Değersin Association carries out all its work within an open, traceable and reliable structure. Second, to provide an exemplary and guiding resource for young people who want to establish an association, take responsibility in civil society or create value for their own community.
We value young people's more conscious, courageous and well-equipped participation in civil society.
